We receive the photos, chat messages, item details and any contact information you choose to submit. Campaign links may supply advertising source details such as UTM tags, gclid or fbclid. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as network addresses and request logs.
How information is used
We use submissions to respond to inquiries, review items, maintain conversation history, troubleshoot the service and protect against misuse. Automated systems help assess photos and draft replies. Photos do not establish authenticity, ownership, metal grade or value.
Review, service providers and training
Authorized staff and the hosting, storage and security services supporting this website may process information needed to operate it. Submissions are not automatically approved for model training. Any training consideration requires a separate permission and review process.
Cookies and advertising information
A session cookie gives your browser temporary access to its conversation. Advertising source parameters can be saved with the inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing texts. Google and Meta conversion delivery is not currently connected on this service.
Storage and your choices
Photos and chat are stored for inquiry review and operational records. Expiring a browser session does not delete them. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion.
